Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BlipScope. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

BlipScope provides research and analytics about public YouTube channels and videos, including search, filtering, and a set of scoring and generation tools. Plans and their limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Estimates are not YouTube data

Important. Revenue, RPM, monthly-view and outlier figures shown in BlipScope are our own third-party estimates, produced by our models from public data and industry averages. They are not reported earnings, are not sourced from YouTube Analytics, and are not endorsed, approved, verified or published by Google or YouTube. Actual channel earnings depend on factors we cannot observe. Do not rely on these figures for financial, investment or business decisions without independent verification.

Metrics that come directly from the YouTube Data API — such as subscriber counts, view counts and video durations — are labelled and presented separately from our derived estimates.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, or systematically export the Service's data or our estimates.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas or authentication.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defame or target any channel or individual.
  • Do not use the Service in a way that breaches the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party services including the YouTube Data API, and features may degrade or become unavailable if those services change, rate-limit us, or go down. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or business arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its estimates.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that put our API access at risk.

Trademarks

YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC. BlipScope is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
